Through wide glass doors the patio flows naturally into the vast kitchen area. Here you will find all modern devices to facilitate your culinary adventures, while feasting your eyes on the gigantic kitchen island and the superb built-in kitchen cupboards made from exclusive 200 year old Canadian barn wood.

Next to the kitchen, there is the cosy living room with fireplace and huge sofa. Through the big sliding doors you can access the terrace.

EXTERIOR

On first floor, there is an outdoor patio with generous lounge corner and extra large design table allows all your guests to enjoy sunset dinner together while enjoying the rich views through the typical Ibizan arches.

The rooftop terrace has a pool bar that creates that unrivaled Ibiza beach club feeling and is the ideal place to relax with friends and family by the pool, sipping cocktails, prepare delicious meals in the open air kitchen or just ‘chill & hang out’ in the lounge corner or on the sunbeds.

Several entertainment and sport platforms await you higher up on the hillside, such as wide lounge spots, a 50m² outdoor fitness and workout area and a huge yoga platform with views to Formentera.
