Very comfortable four-bedroom villa with nice sea views and beautiful sunsets near Cala Tarida, a true pleasure to stay in.

On an architectural level, the house is characterized by its rounded-edged and hand plastered stucco, invoking the classic Ibiza style, and accented with minimalist touches. Inside, it is in immaculate condition, with top furniture and fixtures. The micro-cement floors in silver grey and stone bath tubs in the bathrooms, as well as the pure white for all walls and the use of teak and zebrano capture the light and feel of the island. The property is accessed through electric gates, allowing for increased privacy and security.

INTERIOR

The villa is 320m² and have four bedrooms all with en-suite bathrooms not far from Cala Tarida beach.
The main entrance leads on the right to the living room, with sea views, and furnished with a large sofa and two matching easy chairs with two zebrano wood coffee tables in the center and equipped with a fireplace, flat screen satelite TV, DVD, Blue Ray and a music system for iPod.
In front of the main entrance there is a dining area which has a large solid wood table and seating for 6/8 people. The dining area leads to the fully equipped kitchen, including fridge freezer, four-ring ceramic hob, separate wall oven, microwave, dishwasher, coffee machine, blender, toaster, juicer, etc. The Kitchen has a door leading outdoors.

Left of the entrance are two double bedrooms with independent access from the pool. Both have queen sized beds (180x200cm) and sea views. One of them has an en-suite bathroom with walk in shower, while the second bedroom has a separate bathroom with walk in shower.

The other two bedrooms are separate suites and accessed only from the outside.
Suite one is upstairs, and accessed from an outdoor staircase leading to the right to a large bathroom with a cement stone tub. The double bedroom is equipped with a king sized bed (200x200cm), has its own living room with fireplace. Two large glass windows with sea views open up to a private rooftop terrace equipped with table and chairs and two sun loungers.
The second suite is at ground level in a separate building. It contains a king sized bed (200x200cm) and en-suite bathroom with walk in shower. This room is accessed through its own private door or large glass sliding doors leading out to the pool and chill out area. All bedrooms have built in cupboards.

EXTERIOR

The land is 2,450m², a private drive in with electric gate leads to a large parking area. Past the parking and separated by a small wall, is the infinity saline swimming pool (6x10m) surrounded by sun loungers and the chill-out area equipped with several separate seating areas. On the other side of the villa, is a table under shaded canopy that seats 10 with built in barbecue.

Two separate chill-out areas have been created for watching the sunset and an outdoor table shaded by a vegetation covered trellis provides an ideal spot for al fresco dining, while the sun loungers spread around the pool offer a sleek counterpoint to the rugged stonework of the landscaping.
